Artist Statement:
I live in a small town in
Ontario, Canada near Niagara
Falls with my husband of 17
years and two teenagers. Art
has been my hobby since I was
a child. I studied interior
design for a period of time
which peaked my interest in
depicting interior renderings
of homes through watercolour
as well as marker. Raising my
family took precendence for a
time until I resumed with an
oil painting class that I have
been enjoying for the past
four years. Recently I found
a fantastic new art teacher
who lived and studied in
Russia. Her inspiration has
renewed my love for
watercolour and I have been
experimenting with abstract as
well as impressionism. ...
