| Welcome to Marlene Sanaye Yamada's Portfolio. Browse Yamada's body of work: I loved the simple beauty of my palette when I was blending colors to paint landscapes. My just colors collection was inspired by that observation. Instead of painting from a palette onto a canvas, I primarily use the canvas itself as the palette.
