| Your Personal Biography |
Born into a family of artists, young contemporary artist Hui Ling Lee has nurtured her artistic talents from a young age. A graduate of New York's Sarah Lawrence College, has to date, held several exhibitions in Malaysia and New York. Working in a variety of media including oils, watercolours, acrylic, photography and dye & resist techniques, her works possess a fluidity and serenity that is rare in today's artists. Combining both technical mastery and a sensitive feel for mood, she succeeds in creating dreamscapes that are paradoxically vivid yet calming.
Hui Ling is the elder daughter of artist couple, Lee Kian Seng and Shoko Lee.
